Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

UK Standard delivery is £5.95 for all orders.
Larger products are sent by courier and should arrive within 2 working days. Smaller products are sent by Royal Mail as first class post and usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

Overseas Delivery

All overseas deliveries are sent by courier, and usually arrive within 5 working days. Overseas delivery costs vary depending upon the final value of the order and the destination to which it should be delivered. Overseas delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.

Returns

If you decide that you would like to return the goods you have purchased because you have changed your mind, the Scottish Leather Binding Company will exchange or refund the cost of the item if it is returned within 28 days of the order being processed. Goods must be returned in the condition they were received and at your expense. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return the goods to us. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, and that personalised products cannot be returned.

If the goods you have purchased are faulty or were the incorrect items you ordered The Scottish Leather Binding Company will exchange or refund the cost of the item if it is returned within 28 days of the order being processed. Goods must be returned in the condition they were received and the cost of returning the goods will be refunded by the Company. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return the goods to us. Please note that personalised products cannot be returned.
